The program proposes a cinema and a multipurpose room around a common hall and a bar area. The rehabilitation of the existing house dates from the beginning of the century. The building is of heritage interest as well as the new building opening on both the forecourt and the inner courtyard. The language of this new volume, with contemporary accents and treated in burnt wood, will cut with the existing stone building. Sobriety, purity and contrast, constitute the architectural vocabulary of this project, marker of entry of city and easily identifiable. Our concern is to ensure the well-being of the users as well as the modularity of the spaces will be the guarantee of a lively and dynamic place.
