Located in General de Gaulle Square, in the heart of the city of the Norman Venice, Pont Audemer, this new construction fits in the already existing urban sector, following the development plan of the city. Most of the houses hold double orientation: facing the square on one side and the inner garden on the other. Each apartment has a terrace, and the project shows a unique architectural expression through its volumes and exterior staircases. The building captures the traditional Norman architectural language - half timbered house – taking part of modernity, especially with the implementation of new materials, such as concrete and wood.
